Declaration of the use of a Fine: Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon
Description
Indenture between Elizabeth Roberts, senior, of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow of William Roberts, yeoman and Mary Roberts, Martha Roberts and Elizabeth Roberts, all of Stratford, spinsters, daughters and coheirs of the said William Roberts of the first part, Joseph Gibbs of Stratford, hatter, of the second part, and Thomas Peyton of Stratford, mercer, of the third part; declaring that a fine levied in Easter Term past by the parties first named together with Henry Smith of Pillerton Hersey, yeoman, and Mary, his wife, to the said Joseph Gibbs and to Nathaniel Rouse and John Reeve of (amongst other messuages, etc.) a newly erected building etc. in Stratford in the Rother Market or Rother Street between a messuage late of Mark Noble and now of Jonathan Sowtham on the South and a messuage of Thomas Maides on the North, together with a passage 109ft x 5 ft, to and from the same, shall be to the use of the said Thomas Peyton to whom and to William Smith, deceased, the said premises were lately conveyed by the parties first named.
