Nthts, yeoman, Elizabeth his wife, Barnabe Holbeche of Fillongley, yeoman William his son Daniel Mayne of Weston under Wetherley, yeoman, John Blithe of Allesley and Anne his wife dau: of Barnaby, John Toberde of Weston and Margaret his wife, Thomas their son, Thomas Maydes and William Westley of Weston, of the 1st part; and John Smith of Grayes Inn son and heir of Richard Smith of Shelford, and Robert Higginson of London gent. Holders of the freehold of the Manor of Fletchamp stead, of which John Leicester and Robert Higginson are tenants, and John Smith is vouchee ; The aforesaid freeholders convey to the said tenants all their interests in the said manor.
