Release by Mary Scriven, London, spinster, daughter of John Scriven late of Stratford-upon-Avon, brazier,by Mary his wife, to Thomas Newcomb, London, cooper of her part of a messuage, in the High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the tneure of Tohmas Dunn, with a malthouse in the tenure of William Camden, the premises having been bequeathed by William Hiccox, gent., by will dated 30 March 1730, one moiety to the children of his late aunt Mary Scriven (of whom only Mary Scriven and Agnes Middleton, wife of John Middleton, shoemaker, survive) and the other moiety to the children of his late aunt Bridgett Newcomb.
