Enfeoffment by Henry Cookes, Stratford-upon-Avon, 'maulster', Katherine his wife and Josiah Sowtham, Stratford, woolwinder, to Joseph Hunt, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and Daniel Mason of Stratford, mercer, of three adjoining messuages and gardens in Henley Street in the occupations of John Mountford, John Cooke and Roger Dooly , in trust for Isabell Baylis of Stratford, widow, by way of mortgage to secure the payment, with interest, of £40 by 26 May 1683.
