Description

Copy of an order in Chancery in the case between Simon Chambers, plaintiff, and John Gregory, Margaret his wife and Edward Waste, defendants; dated 24 January, 7 Charles I. Whereas the plaintiff, Simon Chambers, admitted that by the repeal of the administration granted to him, the interest in the extended lands was now vested in the new administratrix, Jane Wast, but alleged that, as she is only the administratrix to the lessee from whose executors the lease had come to the plaintiff, he ought to have the benefit of the extent in equity, it is ordered that the new administratrix should show good reason why the statute in question should not be assigned to the plaintiff.
