Conveyance by lease and release from Robert [Henley], Earl of Northington to Edward. Lord Leigh of Stoneleigh, of the Rectory of Cubbington and premises, held by him under mortgage dated 1756 (DR18/10/20/23a), the estate at Butlers Marston, also mortgaged, being sufficient to discharge the debt. Signed and sealed Enclosed in the release is a schedule of the titheable lands in Cubbington
