[Copy] Joseph Hill, Saville Row to Christopher Hodgson: Reply to DR18/17/33/35: Mr. James Wyatt has viewed buildings and grounds and writer has separately offered to leave matter to decision of Mr. Wyatt and person of Dr. Maltby's choice.
