Conveyance by lease and release by trustees of will as in DR18/10/81/1 (testator described as nephew, heir and devisee of William Phipps, late Doctor's Commons, LLD, deceased) to John Axson, Kenilworth, blacksmith, for £50 of cottage and shop in Kenilworth in occupation John Axson together with lands in open fields appurtenant viz: half acre in Pryors Field lying between two pieces of land of [Howard] Wincut in the middle furlong, half acre in New Field shooting to the `ruff' on the fieldward side, half acre in Furzen Field lying next but one to the Middle Hadeway. Together with free use of well in common with occupier of cottage in possesion of Samuel Taylor.
