Description

Draft of assignment then made (see DR 36/82) by William Throckmorton of Lincolns Inn, co. Middx., esq., at the request of George Wingfield Sparrow, Russell Square, Middlesex, esq., William Wingfield, Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esq., and Robert Knight, Barrels, esq., and on the nomination of Richard Smith of Snitterfield, co. Warwick, gent., to Thomas Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, same county, gent., reciting among other instruments the will of Robert, Earl of Catherlough, dated 11 February 1772 and afterwards proved in P.C.C. and an act of Parliament of 48 George III for vesting certain of his estates in trustees and indentures of lease and release of 18 and 19 January 1811, being a conveyance by George Wingfield Sparrow and William Wingfield, trustees under the act, to Richard Smith of the same premises, of three several terms of 2000, 1000 and 1000 years in the manor or farm called Holt and lands in Studley.
