Eye. Court held on Saturday next after Corpus Christi, 28 Henry VIII. Copy of court roll recording a quitclaim from Thomas Fermor'[Fermour] and Margaret his wife, formerly wife of John Stevenson, the said Margaret having first been examined alone before Thomas Mason and John Goldinge bailiffs Robert Whetyngham, Nicholas Sheene, Robert Busby, Thomas Rosar, Robert Barker, William Thrower, Augustine Seman, William Fenne and Robert London and others then present, to Thomas Nele of all their right and interest in a messuage and garden in Eye [as in DR220/1-9] then in his possession, conveyed to him by their deed dated 7 [sic] May 28 Henry VIII [1536] Copy certified by Grey recorder.
