Description

Probate of the will of William Sly of Upper Ettington [Eatington] yeoman with bequests of money and household goods to his nephew John Sly, son of John Sly, and Thomas Barker of Farnborough, labourer, and leaving to his nephew William Parker of Upper Ettington [Eatington], maltster, whom he appoints his executor, his messuage in Upper Ettington [Eatington] and three quarters of one yardland in the common fields of Ettington [Eatington]. Witnesses: Elizabeth Jones, Alice Rouse, Richard Goodson. Proved in the Worcester Consistory Court, 12 August 1747. Diocesan seal attached, papered.
