Description

Feoffment from Agnes Hiron' [Heyron], wife of Henry Hiron' [Heyron], of Nedham [Needham] Market [Suffolk] and John Mason'of Eye sen. to John Stevenson' of Eye, Robert Smyth of the same and John Cheveler' of Thrandeston [Sf.] of a messuage and garden in Eye [as in DR220/1 but abutting west on the pasture of Edward Sulyard'], which they had with Stephen Roberts'[Robardes],of Wylbey [Wilby], Norfolk] then deceased and the said Henry Hiron'[Heyron], who had released them all his interest therein, by feoffment of John Crowner', Thomas Polyte and Robert Janewe [Jenewe], to hold of the chief lord of the fee for service due and accustomed. Witnesses: Geoffrey Dunston' and John Fauner' then bailiffs, Thomas Pepper [Pepyr] Richard Porter', John Vale and others. Dated 12 January 13 Henry VII Two tags, seals gone.
