Lease from Francis Findon, Shipston-on-Stour, gent., and William Roberts, Dudley, Worcs., victualler (trustees of the marriage settlement of David [ Ann] King) to said David King, Shipston-on-Stour, victualler, for 40 years for £3 and one shilling p.a. of part of waste ground formerly in occupation Thomas Harrison, now David King and upon which David King has built several cottages in Peer Lane alias Custard Lane, Shipston-on-Stour, part of premises granted in lease of 25 November 1800 to said trustees.
