Settlement on the marriage of William Welchman of Butlers Marston, gentleman (devisee of Ann Welchman) to Sarah Welch of the same, spinster, being a conveyance by lease and release from the said William Welchman to William Welch of Henley-in-Arden, gent., and John Welchman of Great Kington, surgeon, for £300, of his reversion, expectant on the death of his mother, Constance Welchman, of a moiety of a tenement and lands in Tanworth; to hold in trust to sell, in the first instance to pay off any debts charged on the said land under the will of Ann Welchman, and then to apply the residue to maintain the children of the said William Welchman and Sarah his intended wife, until the age of 21, and then to hold the residue to the use of the said William and Sarah and their heirs. Bond to perform covenants.
