Description

Conveyance from Arthur Charles Kingzett late of Chipping Campden saddler and now of Mickleton, co. Gloucs., farmer, and John Halford of Cow Honeybourne, co. Gloucs., coal-merchant, a trustee appointed under a special resolution for liquidation by arrangement of the affairs of Charles Gould of Broadmarston beerhouse keeper, to James Marshall Churchley of Pebworth farmer and carrier, (reciting nos. 7 and 8, and that on 1 March 1876 John Halford was appointed a trustee to liquidate by arrangement the affairs of Charles Gould) for £274 17s 0d, of the premises described no. 6. Signed and sealed by all parties. Witnesses: George Ireson, William Higford Griffiths, solicitor of Campden.
