Deed Poll dated 2 February 1699/1700 (Old style) [1700] of Christopher Wareing of Stratford-upon-Avon, farrier, covenanting to reconvey to John Wareing of Stratford, his brother, a messuage in Stratford in Bridge Street, known as the 'Old Swann' and in the tenure of the said John, upon payment by the latter in one sum within 7 years of £300 with other sums disbursed or to be disbursed by the said Christopher upon the premises, the said messuage having been conveyed to him by John Wareing and Hannah Wareing, widow, his mother, for £300, by Lease and Release of 23 and 24 January last past.
