Assignment from Edwin Stanley and his mortgagee (as above) to John Blundell of Welford, gardener, for £90, of half an acre of leasehold land near the parish church in Welford in the tenure of Joseph Blundell, bounded on the north by premises contracted to be sold by Edwin Stanley to Francis Birch, and forming part of the premises comprised in the lease of 20 September 1600 DR1142/1.
