Copy assignment from John Tomes of Long Marston, co.Worcs., gentleman, and William Hale of Church Honeybourn, co. Worcs., gentleman, (executors of Thomas Bennett late of South Littleton, co. Worcs., gentleman), with the consent of Thomas Cresswell of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, to Hemming Bomford of Ipsley, farmer, surviving executor of Samuel Jackson, late of Bevington in Salford, husbandman, for £200, of a mortgage, dated 4 and 5 June 1797, from Thomas Cresswell to Thomas Bennett, of a lease for 500 years, dated 29 May 1680, of a meadow called Woodlands, containing three acres, in Leigh, co. Worcs., then in the tenure of Thomas Cresswell: also an assignment from Thomas Spilsbury of Clifford Chambers, wheelwright, executor of William Wesson late of the same, yeoman, with the consent of the said Thomas Cresswell, to the said Hemming Bomford, for £500, of a mortgage, recited (no. 6), of the premises described in no. 6.
