Conveyance from Ann Hornby of Grafton, widow of John Hornby, and her trustee (John Rodd Griffiths of Chipping Campden, gent.) to Nathaniel Eden of Broadway, gent. (as trustee of two surviving children of John Hornby, and of three children of his late daughter, Mary wife of John Moore) of: two freehold messuages in Welford, late in the tenure of William Rouse, and since of William Gaydon and --- Drinkwater with a two-acre close, late in the tenure of Elizabeth Tomes and then of Abraham Commander (bounded on the east and west by land late of William Baylis, and on the south by Sandfords Cherry Orchard), all of which premises were lately known as Radhells House; and also two leasehold messuages, with Fishers Close, adjoining the above. With the following recitals: i) Will of John Hornby, 20 August 1818 bequeathing leasehold premises in Welford to trustees for the use of his wife Ann for life and then for benefit of children, Mary John and Ann. ii) Conveyance and assignment of above property from Abraham Commander to the trustees of John Hornby's will; 3 and 4 September 1818. iii) Appointment of John Rodd Griffiths to execute trusts in will of John Hornby; 22 and 23 December 1823, 19 May 1824. iv) Settlement on marriage of John Moore of Great Alne, dealer, and Mary Hornby, daughter of John and Ann Hornby, 2 June 1825 (of which marriage there was issue Mary, George and Sarah) v) Death of Mary, wife of John Moore, February 1835.
