Settlement on the marriage of Michael Edwards of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, to Sarah his wife, being a conveyance by lease and release from him to Thomas Greene of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, and Joseph Smith of the same, iron-monger, of a messuage in Henley Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the tenure of Thomas Cale, shoe maker; to hold in trust to the use of Michael Edwards for life, with remainder to his said wife, Sarah, and after her decease to the use of their children.
