Description

Conveyance from Richard Wilks of Sibford, co. Oxon., to John Spencer of Brailes, farmer, for £340, of a messuage in Lower Brailes late in the occupation of William Godson, glover, since of William Hands, and now of Temperance Upton, purchased by James Upton the elder from Richard Godson on 17 August 1816, with an adjoining piece of garden ground, containing 480 square feet, formerly part of the premises known as the Rose and Crown Inn.
