Conveyance from John Whiteman to Henry Whiteman Hewins (reciting as in DR343/3) for £150, of a piece of land bounded on the south and west by property purchased by the said Henry Whiteman Hewins of the said John Whiteman, on the east by property of John Whiteman, and on the north by Ryland Street; together with a messuage erected thereon by Thomas Hewins, now known as 28 Ryland Street and in the tenure of Frederick Peter Lawson.
