Conveyance from Sarah Flower of Avonbank, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre (reciting the will of Charles Edward Flower, dated 30 October 1888, [recte 24 February 1887], proved 11 July 1892, whereby he bequeathed all his real and personal estate to his wife, Sarah Flower) of a piece of ground, formerly a garden, containing 2,700 square yards, as described in DR394/1, together with two houses since erected on the same and known as 2 and 3 Guild Street in the respective occupations of the Reverend Frank [Francis] Smith and Evelyn Smith. Plan annexed.
