Settlement on the marriage of Granville William Gresham Leveson Gower of Titsey Park, Godstone, Surrey, to the Honourable Sophia Leigh of Adlestrop, Gloucestershire, spinster, youngest daughter of Chandos, Lord Leigh, deceased, being an appointment by Granville Leveson Gower to Sophia Leigh, should she survive him, of an annual rent-charge issuing from the manor and lordship of Titsey, and the advowsons and presentations of Limpsfield, Tatsfield and Titsey, in Surrey, bequeathed him by his father, William Leveson Gower, by will dated 27 May 1859. With covenant that his executors should pay a further £200 to her annually
