Description

Original bundle: executors' papers for the estate of Mary Ann Clayton, comprising correspondence with legatees and papers concerning the sale of the real and personal estate of the deceased. Includes inventory of silver (1910), estimates of value of estate (1911, 1912) , birth certificate of one of the annuitants, viz. Eliza, daughter of Thomas and Mary Reynolds, 1854. Also included: specifications for alterations to Bishopton Lodge (1912), with plan of new drainage system for the same (1901), and arrangements for subsequent tenancy by Godfrey Piggott (1913-14) .
