Quitclaim with warranty, c1260, from Margery de Nereburn', lady of Stivechal' to the prior and canons of [St Sepulchre in Warwick] of all her rights in the homages, reliefs and wardships [from lands of] --- [of Aldu]luestre and his heirs, William Thurkil and his heirs of the same, --- of the same and Richard Here of the same from a tenement ---. Witnesses: Sir Richard de Aumondevill', knight, James [?Eapigurnel] --- Anketill de Wickwaue, John Beyr of Coventr', Thomas servant of Aldel---, Philip Nuric', Henry de Stivechal' son of the said lady and many others. Tag and seal lost.

Date: see FF nos. 702, 785. The former fine, 1250, is for 50 shillings in Austrey only (see DR10/16 and DR10/17). The latter fine, 1260, is for the same 50 shillings plus 50 shillings in Ditton. No. DR10/1339 is for the 50 shillings in Ditton and the above deed, because of the similarity of witnesses probably relates to the 50 shillings in Austrey specified in the 1260 fine.
