Kingshill in Stoneleigh deeds and papers

Description

Lease and release, the release being a conveyance, from Thomas Lord Leigh, Baron of Stoneleigh, owner of the Rectory and impropriate tithes of Corn Grain hay, lamb and coppice woods arising within the parish of Stoneleigh, to Loveisgod Gregory of Stivichall, esq., in accordance with an agreement of 4 December last, made between the said parties, of the said tithes issuing out of all messuages, cottages, closes, meadows, lands, etc., whereof the said Loveisgod Gregory is seised, situate in Kingshill and Finham in the Parish of Stoneleigh (except Pipes Mills, being a fulling Mill and a corn or Grist Mill under one roof, and also these two closes occupied therewith called Baldwin's Grove and Rob Croft).
