Description

Conveyance by lease and release (lease missing) from William Hall of Fillongley, cordwainer, and Thomas Hall, his son and heir, to George Ball of Arley, yeoman, and Thomas Bettridge of Fillongley, tailor, of a messuage and lands (described) in Shustoke; to hold, as to the messuage and part of the lands in trust to apply the rents and profits of the same to the maintenance of Thomas Hall for life and then to the use of his sisters, Mary, wife of Thomas Lovatt, and Hannah Hall; and as to the remaining lands in trust to sell the same to pay any debts which may be outstanding on the death of William Hall.
