Bond dated 11 July 1642 from Thomas Leigh esq., son and heir of Sir Thomas Leigh of Stoneley knight and baronet, to Henry Hudson of London esq. executor of the will of Robert Hudson esquire, executor of Emlyn Brigham widow executrix of Richard Brighamesq. deceased, to save him harmless in respect of legacies paid under the wills of the two last named, father and mother of Anne Brigham, whom Thomas Leigh was shortly to marry.
