Copy extract from Court Roll for Kenilworth recording the surrender by Thomas Dean of Stoneleigh of one grove, in Stoneleigh called Blewberry's Grove and one acre of land with appurtenances lying there near the Kingesfrythe and at the same court, in consideration of £4 to the Lord, the same premises were granted for the lives of said Thomas Deane, Thomas Crooke and Richard Crooke at a yearly rent of 5/- and payment of heriot.
