Marriage settlement and counterpart between William Lee, Radford Semele, husbandman and Elizabeth Hobley, the same, widow, whereby William Lee settles on trustees (Thomas Clarke, Radford Semele, husbandman and Thomas Drake, Bishops Itchington, taylor) messuage, orchard, garden and appurtenances in Castle End, Kenilworth in occupation John Brayne with three half acres land in common fields appurtenant to messuage to use of said William and Elizabeth for lives and life of survivor then to use of heirs male of said William and Elizabeth and then heirs with remainder rights heirs of William.
