Pre-nuptial settlement between Thomas Riley, Balsall, flax dresser and Mary Lattimore, Kenilworth, spinster (only child of William, late Kenilworth, weaver, deceased by Susannah his wife, also deceased) agreeing to settle on trustees (Job Brown, Kenilworth, innkeeper and Thomas Atkins, same, schoolmaster) when Mary attains 21, messuage etc. in Castle End, Kenilworth in occupation Thomas Sparkes, Richard Sutton and Celia Parcey, with three half acres in common fields in trust for use of Thomas and Mary for lives with remainder to heirs male and heirs successively or heirs female successively in default with reversion as Mary shall appoint in default.
