Office copy of will of Edward Lee, Ashow, yeoman devising real and personal estate to trustees (Samuel Butler, Stoneleigh, gent. and Joseph Lee, Warwick, maltster) in trust re messuage, garden and barn in Kenilworth in occupation Joseph Betts and land in Newfield in testator's occupation to hold during minority of testator's brother James, spending £5 per annum of income on education and investing surplus. At 21 land and income to James. Same trusts apply re one-fifth of an estate at King's Norton for benefit sister Sarah. Personal estate to be sold and invested until James and Sarah 21 then divided. If both die under 21 and without issue then real and freehold estates to cousins James Butler, son of testator's uncle James of Warwick, blacksmith. Proved 21 April 1775.
