Conveyance by the Guardians of the Poor for the Meriden Union, Warwickshire, Samuel Alcock and William Holland the younger, churchwardens of Maxstoke, Joseph Taylor and William Bentley, Overseers of the Poor for Maxstoke to Chandos, Lord Leigh, for pound;10 of cottage, garden and appurtenances in Maxstoke, now or late in the occupation of Charles Hampage and bounded by the road from Coleshill to Great Packington and the land of Lord Leigh, which has for the past twenty years belonged to the parish of Maxstoke.
