Description

Papers relating to a claim by Richard Daston, esq, Henry Alnut for arrears of a rent charge of £400 granted to Daston by Charles, Lord North Grey in 1691. Lord North died and his widow and executor married Francis Russell. Russell and Lady North have also since died and Daston claims against the executors of Francis Russell ( Edward, Earl of Orford, Lord Robert Russell his wife Letitia, William Bridges and William Thornburgh) who resist claims as Francis Russell's estate should not be liable for his wife's debts as executor of her first husband. 21 Nov 1702 Printed case for Appellants, reciting events since 1691 NB other material relating to this case is contained in Box 100
