Description

Agreement between William Palmer, Ladbrooke, esq., son and heir of Sir William Palmer, late of Wardenstreete, Beds., Kt., deceased of the first part, Thomas Palmer, Doctor of Physicks, Charles Palmer, B.D. other sons of the said Sir William, Christopher Goodfellow the elder, Sargeant at law and Dorothy his wife, Thomas Atkins, Bedwell Park, Herts., esq. and Bridgett his wife (which Dorothy and Bridgett are the only surviving daughters of the said Sir William); John Goodfellow and Christopher Goodfellow the younger, sons of the said Christopher and Dorothy of the second part, Matthias Goodfellow, London, gent. and John Gibbes, Mollington, Warks., gent., trustees for the parties of the third part and Francis Chamberlayne, citizen and grocer of London of the fourth part, whereby a rent charge of 48 shillings p.a. payable to the Master and Fellows of Magdalen, issuing from land in Ladbrooke contracted to be sold to the said Chamberlayne, together with a duty of pasturing one mare and colt for the use of the constable of Ladbrooke or pay 35 shillings are transferred from the land so to be conveyed and charged upon the close known as Millfield, in Ladbrooke, held in trust by Matthias Goodfellow and John Gibbs for the use of the heirs of the said Sir William Palmer, deceased.
