Copy, probate copy of the will (7 July 1797) of John Shuter, Welford, yeoman, bequeathing cottage, garden, orchard and premises in Welford in testator's occupation to his wife Mary, for life or widowhood, with remainder to daughter Susannah Harris and grandson William Edkins son of testator's daughter Mary, deceased. Residue of personal estate, after £10 each to Susannah and William, to wife Mary who sole executrix. Endorsed with note that Mary Shuter died August 1813.
