Lease and Release, the Release being a Conveyance from Thomas Minching of Ilmington, yeoman, to Thomas Newland of the same place, weaver, of a messuage or cottage in Ilmington in the occupation of the said Thomas Minching together with lands and appurtenances. To hold to the said Thomas Newbold and his heirs for ever of the chief lord of the fee. Consideration: £33. The mark and seal of Thomas Minching Witnesses: Thomas Mander and William Allen. Letter enclosed from Thomas Mander of Todnam [Todenham] co. Gloucester to Decimus Slatter dated 14 November 1719 concerning a deed dated 7 September 1699 from Giles Tufley to Thomas Minchin of a cottage etc. in Ilmington. Enclosed. [Newland]
