Probate Copy of Will: Thomas Farmer of Weston under Wetherley

Description

Probate copy of the Will dated 12 April 1825, of Thomas Farmer of Weston, farmer, by which his brother in law Andrew Murcott of Offchurch, and his friend Thomas Umbers of Wappenbury, gent., were appointed Trustees to administer the farm of the said Thomas Farmer if the landlord Chandos Leigh, esq. would permit it, in Trust for the wife and children of the said Thomas Farmer until William, his eldest son attained the age of 21 years, when the goods, crops and stock were to be sold to provide an annuity for his wife and the residue to be divided among his other children and their heirs. The whole to be sold and the money placed in trust for the same uses if such lease of the farm was not permitted. The said Andrew Marcott and Thomas Umbers appointed Executors. Witnesses: Thomas Norris and A Haymes. Probate granted 6 October 1826.
