Lease dated 10 April 1795 by Henry Venour late of Stratford-upon-Avon, now of Wootten Wawen, gent., to Henry Harvey Venour late of Stratford-upon-Avon, now of Bristol, gent., son of the said Henry Venour, of a messuage and lands in the common fields of Oxhill, purchased by Henry Venour from Thomas Walton and Elizabeth, his wife, in the occupation of William Parker.
