Conveyance: Upper Quinton and Lower Quinton

Description

Conveyance from Henry Bartlett of Saintbury, esq., Sir Thomas Bartlett of Saintbury, Knight (son and heir apparent of the said Henry) and Dame Mary wife of the said Sir Thomas Bartlett, and Richard Bartlett, gent. (second son of the said Henry and brother of the said Sir Thomas) to William Barnes of Clifford Chambers, esq., and Walter Savage of Broadway, Worcs., esq., of three parcels of meadow with appurtenances containing seven acres lying in the common fields of Over Quinton and Nether Quinton, called Worscotes, alias Worcotoftes, alias Wyncottes, then in the tenure of the said Sir Thomas Bartlett; with a parcel of meadow with appurtenances containing nine acres in the common fields of Quinton and Nether Quinton belonging to the manor, lordship or farm of Wyllcotte, alias Willicote, also in the tenure of the said Sir Thomas Bartlett: to hold the same to the use of the said William Barnes and Walter Savage and the heirs of the said William Barnes for ever.
