Draft of a Covenant between Ann Hiron of Leamington Priors, spinster, to Thomas Wesson of Snitterfield, farmer, to secure the sum of £800 lent to the said Ann by the said Thomas, being part of her share of £1500 and £500 to be raised upon messuages and lands in Snitterfield [called the Windmill Inn etc.] by trustees, appointed by Thomas Hiron, surgeon, father of the said Ann, and to be divided between the said Ann and her sister Elizabeth, reserving an annuity to Ann, wife of the said Thomas Hiron. The said Ann to repay the said Thomas Wesson by 14 August. Signed and sealed by the parties. Witnesses: S. W. Haynes and George Moore, solicitors, Warwick. With receipt from the said Ann Hiron for £800 received from the said Thomas Wesson. [Hiron]
