Lease and Release, the Release being a Settlement between Thomas Ward, the elder of Moreton Morrell, esq., Thomas Ward the younger, of the same place, gent., a minor, Anne Hobbins late of Barford, now of Warwick, spinster, and William Southam of Moreton Morrell, yeoman, Henry Robbins, Henry Eyres Landor, both of Warwick and William Whateley of the parish of Wellsbourn [Wellesbourne Hastings and Mountford] gent., previous to the Marriage of the said Thomas Ward the younger and Anne Hobbins, whereby the said Anne Hobbins conveys to William Southam, two messuages and lands in the parish of Barford in the occupation of the said Henry Robbins or his undertenants, to hold to the use of the said Henry Robbins, Henry Eyres Landor and William Whately upon trust for the said Anne Hobbins, Thomas Ward the younger and their heirs.
