Lease: Bridge Street and Union Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Description

Lease from John Gill of Stratford-upon-Avon, wine merchant, to Henry Jephson of Leamington Priors, doctor of medicine, and William Collins of Warwick esq., Trustees of the Warwick and Leamington Banking Co. of a messuage and appurtenances situated in Bridge Street and Union Street, Stratford-upon-Avon. The said Henry and William to have the right to remove during or at the end of their term iron chests, safes, counters shelves and other fixtures if they made good any damage done by these to the property. The premises not to be used without the consent of the said John Gill for the sale of wines and spirits etc. The tenants to be reponsible for the maintenance of the interior of the premises but the said John Gill to insure the whole and decorate the exterior at the end of seven years.
