Mortgage from Thomas Jennings of Coombrook [Combrook], taylor, to Elizabeth Richardson of Upper Brailes, spinster, of a messuage and appurtenances in Lower Brayles in the occupation of William Godson, glover, to secure the sum of £25 with interest. Which property was formerly leased by Thomas Jennings of Lower Brailes, taylor, deceased, father of the said Thomas Jennings, to Thomas Parker of Lower Brailes, cowper, in trust to apply the profits to pay legacies to Ann, Mary, William and Thomas, his children, which legacies have now been discharged and the property reverted to the said Thomas Jennings.
