Lease from the Rt. Hon. Henry Lord Capell, Baron of Tewkesbury, to Hannah Rose of Ilmington, widow, of a messuage and land in Ilmington. To hold for ninty-nine years for the annual rent of 16s. 8d. rendering suit of court and herriot when due. Clauses concerning maintenance and repair. Signed and sealed by the Lessee. Witnesses: Richard Aldworth, Richard Stone and Francis Boggest. Endorsement that on 1st. November 1694 the said Hannah Rose assigned the said property to Edward Rose of Stretton [on the Fosse, yeoman] and John Rose of Bechford [Beckford, co. Gloucester, mercer] to hold to uses recited.
