Quitclaim from John Cokkes, parson of the church of Spernall, to Walter Breohulle of Stratford-upon-Avon, of all his right in a shop lying in 'le heyestret' [High Street] between the tenement of Walter Breohull and the tenement of Mary Cokes. Dated at Stratford Thursday after the feast of St. Ambrose, 37 Edward III [1363]. Witnesses: Walter Breohull `then prepositus' of the town of Stratford, Nicholas Saucer and William Frettere, bailiffs, and Richard Fylle, Thomas Compton and John Kyniot of the same.
