Oxford, widow and Richard Bye of the same place farmer, of a messuage and lands called Lower Ditchford Farm in the parish of Stretton-upon-Fosse. Reservation of timber and game rights. To hold for fourteen years for the annual rent of £436 and £50 for every acre converted to tillage without permission. Clauses concerning maintenance and pasture. Schedule of lands (field names).
