Lease from Sir George Phillips of Weston House in the parish of Long Compton, baronet, to Mary Bye of Yelford Farm in the parish of Yelford, co. Oxford, widow and Richard Bye of the same place farmer, of a messuage and lands called Lower Ditchford Farm in the parish of Stretton-upon-Fosse. Reservation of timber and game rights. To hold for fourteen years for the annual rent of £436 and £50 for every acre converted to tillage without permission. Clauses concerning maintenance and pasture. Schedule of lands (field names). Signed and sealed by the parties. Witnesses: John Henry Clarke, Charles Munton.
