Grant of Land: Snitterfield

Description

Grant from Robert Ardern of Wilmcote in the parish of Aston Cantlow, husbandman, to Adam Palmer of Aston Cantlow and Hugh Porter of Snitterfield, of a messuage with its appurtenances in Snitterfield now in the tenure of Richard Shakespeare and of the lands, fields, meadows and pastures in Snitterfield pertaining to the said messuage also in the tenure of Richard Shakespeare; to have and to hold for the use and benefit of the said Robert Ardern and Agnes his wife, or the survivor, and after their decease as follows: A third part for the use and benefit of Agnes, wife of Thomas Strynger and formerly wife of John Hewyns of Bereley, deceased, and daughter of the said Robert Ardern, and of her heirs and assigns for ever: a third part for the use and benefit of Joan Lambert, wife of John Lambert of Barton-on-the-Heath, daughter of the said Robert Ardern and of her heirs and assigns for ever; and a third part for the use and benefit of Katerine Etkyns, wife of Thomas Etkyns of Wilmcote, daughter of the said Robert Ardern and of her heirs and assigns for ever.
