Description
Probate of the Will of William Paine of Oxhill, yeoman, dated 11 June 1742, bequeathing £120 to Mary his daughter and £80 to John his son, to be paid when they severally reach the age of 21, with the interest for their maintenance, Anne Paine his wife to be residuary legatee and executrix and John Paine his brother and John Ward trustees and guardians of his children. Witnesses: Henry Barker and Thomas Harbidge. Probate attached, in the Consistory Court of Worcester, dated 5 October 1742.
